Freedom Church is a community of faith rooted in the love of God. We believe worship is not just found in the singing of songs, in prayer, or reading the Bible, it’s something expressed in everything we do.

As a church we gather in two main ways to worship together; smaller expressions and big church gatherings. Our smaller expressions are a network of house churches throughout Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding villages and our big church gatherings take place bi-monthly at the Freedom building based in the village of Great Barton.

Freedom Church Worship Gathering
Every 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month we gather at our Freedom building in Great Barton at 10:30am for our Freedom Worship gathering.

Youth
We believe that our young people are a vital part of Freedom and we encourage our young people to get involved with our Sunday gatherings. We have specific provision for our young people on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month, 7:30pm to 9:30pm. These are Youth Life Group and our social Youth Cafe. Small Expressions
Our Small Expressions take place in the town of Bury St Edmunds and surrounding villages. Small Expressions take place in various homes and locations every 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of each month. For more information and to find out more click below.
Children and Families
We are so blessed to be a multi-generational church at Freedom and we really do value all our children and families. Our heart is to empower parents and care givers in their role of discipling their children and so much of what we do with our children at freedom reflects this. Freedom Worship
Freedom Worship is a worship ministry based out of Freedom Church. Every month we gather as a worship collective on the 3rd Sunday. Worshippers from the local church come together at Freedom for an extended time of praise and worship.
